Madi enjoyed football, baseball, and softball growing up, then earned a scholarship and played four years of softball at the University of Northern Colorado. At school she studied mathematics and statistics; she’s worked in previous years for Triple Crown Sports and helped develop TC Eval, which was a precursor to CSE.
Madi lives with her girlfriend, Jordyn; immediate family includes mother Lu-Ann, father Tom, and younger brother Logan.
She loves live music and makes regular trips to catch shows at Red Rocks Amphitheater.

“Working for CSE has given me another team to be a part of. We are constantly working together to produce something so great for so many parents and players. I also am the assistant coach of a 12u competitive team, so being a part of that team has its own set of perks that I haven’t ever gotten before. That group of 12 year old girls is the epitome of team. We all work together constantly to get better, and not just on the field, but off the field, too.”
