McKenna Kostelecky

Rocky Mountain Softball Director

McKenna played softball, basketball, and swam as she grew up; she signed to play softball at Florida State College and then transferred to Dickinson State University (ND) to be closer to family. She was part of three conference championship teams and played in the NAIA World Series. She worked in the insurance field after college and has also been a health coach.
McKenna remains very close with her parents and her extended family back in North Dakota.
She enjoys camping and glamping, boating and fishing, and also traveling.

“I believe we are better together. In my professional life, I think joining hands with your teammates can take you much further than doing something alone. I am always eager to learn from people who are around me but also provide my input on the situation as well. Teamwork has played a big part on where I am at today in my personal life because I wouldn’t be where I am without those who have pushed me to learn and be better in life.”
