CSE Site Director

In this role, the Site Director will be responsible for going on-site to colleges within the Site Director’s region and sensor test collegiate rosters (typically two hours) and/or collegiate camp in the seasonality of June-July (very light), mid-August to February (ability to have many tests per week if desired).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to work flexible hours (college roster testings are typically during the week) 
  • Experience in working with technology i.e. cell phones, apps, excel. Experience with Rapsodo, Blast, Zybek is encouraged, but not required. 
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability  
  • Highly resourceful team player with the ability to be effective independently  
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Possesses a strong attention to detail 

Primary Duties

  • Complete the online training videos (QTY 3) prior to on-site training with CSE.  
  • Attend on-site training events for hands on experience (between 2-4 events dependent on personal comfortability with the process.) 
  • Include availability to sensor test on CSE’s scheduling calendar.  
  • Communicate with CSE Reps (CSE Reps book the collegiate testings for the Site Directors) 
  • Execute Objectives Testing at College in accordance with CSE testing/event expectations 
  • Submit gas receipts and/or travel receipts to Territory Event Director (TED) post event for reimbursement  
  • Helping CSE continue to foster great relationships with the College Coaches and their athletes

Travel Required

  • Drive Commute to Colleges (within 6-hour radius). 
  • Further travel options are available if desired.

Site Director: 3-10 Events $250/Day 

Expert Site Director: 11+ Events $300/day 

  • Gas Reimbursement if more than an hour drive.
