Damon Griffin

Northwest softball Director

Damon played just about every sport growing up, including football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and track. He went on to the University of Oregon to play football. Football may always be his favorite sport because that is where he learned to conquer his mental and physical fears. He spent four years in the NFL before receiving his masters and coaching football at Boise State University.

These days, Damon is focusing on being a 5-Star Husband and an All-American Father. He and his wife Marnie have two beautiful daughters, Malaysia (12) and Sasha (11).

“I believe my personal and professional life go hand in hand when it comes to teamwork. It’s not just about working hard, but how I conduct myself. I always try to stay consistent, disciplined, accountable, and respectful. Those qualities should never change, no matter if I’m in the office, on the field, in a meeting, or at home. If I’m reresenting the brand of the company or my last name at home, nothing changes as a team player.”
