Refund Policy

1. NO refunds or transfers will be granted within 3 days of the Event.
2. Cancelations prior to 4 days of the event can either:
   1. 1. Receive a refund with a 10% processing fee applied.  Refunds will be processed within 14 days of notification of cancelation.
      2. Your registration may be transferred to a future event.

Weather Policy

1. CSE Events will be held in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.  Please plan on attending and participating in the Event.  All weather cancellations or updates will be posted to the website at the event page.  Event pages can be found here.
2. Registrations for events that are postponed due to weather will automatically be transferred to the new event date.
3. Registrations for events that are cancelled due to weather will be refunded less a 10% processing fee.

Photo/Video Policy

1. Participant gives CSE the right to use any pictures/videos of the participant that CSE takes in connection with the event for advertising purposes.

Data Policy

1. Upon event purchase, participant gives CSE the right to use any data gathered on the participant at the CSE event for internal uses, modeling algorithms, event and national leaderboards, marketing messaging, social media campaigns, and reporting purposes.
2. Upon event purchase, participant allows data to be automatically entered into CSE’s college coach portal database (coming soon) unless permission has been waived in the player’s profile settings.
3. Participant’s data and reports will not be shared with any individual college coach or college program without permission, as CSE is not a recruiting service.

Athletes Expressed Assumption of Risk:

“I am voluntarily participating in this Activity. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this Activity, such as physical injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Activity location (s) or facility (ies). Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this Activity, whether known or unknown to me, including travel to and from the Activity or any events incidental to this Activity.”
